To obtain a copy of a divorce decree, visit the clerk's office during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) or search for case information on Alacourt using a party's name or case number. For records maintained by the Center for Health Statistics, submit your request by mail along with a valid photo ID and the required $15.00 fee payable by check or money order to Alabama Vital Records, P.O. Box 5625, Montgomery, AL 36103-5625.
